As I get more involved in fitness, I continuously find new people who motivate and inspire me, both in my daily life and on social media. This blog segment is dedicated to those bad ass guys and gals who give their all and have an admirable passion for fitness. These people have positively influenced me, and I hope they can do the same for you.
This week’s Monday Motivator is Sandra (@sandraumbafitness). This girl is a fitness rock star. From her workout videos to her advice on nutrition to her current inspiring posts about bulking and cutting – this girl covers it all. Her posts are incredibly personable and she makes sure to let each and every one of her followers know that they are important to her. A direct quote from one of her most recent posts is, “Really I’m just posting to see how everyone is doing lol I swear I talk to you guys like real friends.” I don’t know about you, but for me, the sense that as a follower you are more than just a number is important. Sandra is actually interested and invested in the lives of her followers, and it shows through her interactions with them, whether it be via post or comments.
This girl has the most radiant smile, killer gym style and always looks incredible in her pictures!! She is a huge inspiration to me, and whenever I see her posts, I get excited for my next workout, my next personal best, my next accomplishment…
I absolutely love how, by sharing her own personal journey, Sandra encourages and relates to other members of the fitness community. If you’re looking for a firecracker to keep you moving forward when you’re struggling with motivation, then Sandra is the girl you need to follow!
