Monday Motivator: Lulu

As I get more involved in fitness, I continuously find new people who motivate and inspire me, both in my daily life and on social media. This blog segment is dedicated to those incredible guys and gals who give their all and have an admirable passion for fitness. These people have positively influenced my life, and I hope they can do the same for you.

This week’s Monday Motivator is Lulu Godin (@lulugodin). Lulu is a certified trainer, wellness coach, holistic nutrition student, and the mind behind her own website:

Lulu’s Instagram and website are a compilation of all her talents including inspiration, recipes, holistic nutrition tips, workout ideas and more! Plus, they’re both aesthetic af!!! Lulu’s website also includes a blog where she writes on a bunch of different topics from “Carbs are not the bad guys” to “Diary of a Girl Boss #4 – How to Deal with the Criticism of Not Having a ‘Real Job.’” She also offers some incredible coaching services, including an initial nutritional consultation, Monthly online fitness and nutrition coaching, hollistic wellness for beginners e-book! I would definitley recommend checking out her site and subscribing to her tribe! 🤗
This girl is so inspiring and I love watching her Instagram stories daily to keep up with what she’s up to in her girl boss life! She’s a stunning Canadian gal and her Instagram posts always light up my feed. I love how motivated she is and how she never gives up on things that she wants. She literally just makes my day brighter and I hope she can do the same for you!
