As I get more involved in fitness, I continuously find new people who motivate and inspire me, both in my daily life and on social media. This blog segment is dedicated to those incredible guys and gals who give their all and have an admirable passion for fitness. These people have positively influenced my life, and I hope they can do the same for you.
This weeks Monday Motivator is Evelyn Huynh (@evelynhuynhfitness). Where do I even start with this girl?!! Evelyn is a fitness coach from Ottawa, Canada, and first of all, she’s AMAZING. She has made her own transformation to a healthy, fit lifestyle, and is an incredible inspiration for so many others.
The captions on each and every one of her photos are meaningful, detailed, encouraging and, quite honestly, captivating!! Whether it’s a #movementmonday post teaching her followers how to do a proper barbell hip thruster, or a post reminding her followers that social media does not determine one’s self worth, Evelyn is always sharing her wisdom and motivating others.
Evelyn conducts her own challenge groups, like her current 8 weeks to Fitmas group with an 8-week Training Program, nutrition coaching, personalized macros, weekly check-ins, and an exclusive Facebook group.
