Monday Motivator: Tiffany

As I get more involved in fitness, I continuously find new people who motivate and inspire me, both in my daily life and on social media. This blog segment is dedicated to those incredible guys and gals who give their all and have an admirable passion for fitness. These people have positively influenced my life, and I hope they can do the same for you.

This week’s Monday Motivator is Tiffany Adler (@tiffanyrose_fitness). Tiffany recently took a little break from Instagram to focus on school and mental health, and her come back post was so inspiring! The strength and courage it has to take a risk to even take a break from social media is amazing, and acknowledging her need to step back for a bit to focus on her mental health was incredibly insightful. Now she’s back and better than ever ❤️

Tiffany is an advocate for being happy and healthy, and her fitness journey is super motivating. Her posts include meaningful quotes and reality checks about fitness, transformations throughout her journey, workout videos, and pictures of her being just so darn adorable. She’s also sponsored by 1up Nutrition, so if you were looking for a sign to try their products, then this is it – make sure to use “tiff20” at your check out for a discount!
Tiffany is such a sweetheart and always so kind to her followers. She’s super engaging, and always willing to give advice and share her own stories in order to help others. Being a college student, she also gives awesome insight on how to balance fitness, a social life and a heavy schoolwork load. I always find it awesome to follow other students attending Universities, since it’s so cool to see how we all have such similar struggles with balancing everything, moving towards “adulthood,” and moving forward in our fitness journey, no matter where we’re from. Tiffany is so personable which makes her own learning experiences so helpful to all of her followers as well. Even next year when I’m not in University anymore, I’ll definitely still love keeping up with everyone in school because it’s such an interesting time in your life to manage.

Tiffany has such a wonderful smile and it lights up my timeline whenever I see it. I’m so glad that I follow her and get to see her steps forward in fitness, as well as in finding a happy balance in her life. Thanks so much for being such a great person and influence in the Instagram fitness world. It’s always extremely encouraging to find individuals who are real, supportive and honest about fitness, and you are just that Tiffany! Keep up the hard work, take care of yourself, and know that you have SO many people supporting you and ready to talk whenever you’re in need. ❤️
