Monday Motivator: Taylor

As I get more involved in fitness, I continuously find new people who motivate and inspire me, both in my daily life and on social media. This blog segment is dedicated to those incredible guys and gals who give their all and have an admirable passion for fitness. These people have positively influenced my life, and I hope they can do the same for you.

This weeks Monday Motivator is Taylor Ewing (@_taylorewing). Taylor is a Canadian Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist. Taylor is an inspiring individual whose kindness and dedication is incredibly admirable. His Instagram is full of workout videos, gym pics and motivational words.

Not only is Taylor extremely committed to his own training, but he carries that over to how he interacts with his clients. You can tell he is truly passionate about fitness and sharing it’s benefits to help others. Here’s just one example of a post showing his love for his clients:


Something I really admire about Taylor is his ability to focus on doing what’s best for him. He always spreads positivity and makes sure to surround himself with people who share the same encouraging mentality. This is such an important part of staying true to yourself and it gives validity to the help you offer others.

I love seeing Taylor’s posts on my timeline and I always feel pushed to work even harder seeing his constant drive. Thanks for being such a great influence in the fitness community and keep crushing it! Can’t wait to see you take things to the next level!
