Okay, so it can be hard to figure out a good ratio for oats when you’re trying a new recipe. But I have recently found such a good combo that I just had to share it with you guys!
It’s a great high carb breakfast for pre-workout but it also packs in some protein too! I’ve had it for the past 3 mornings in a row and I’m not sorry about it 😋
Mash 1/2 a banana in a bowl. Then add 1 packet of Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar oatmeal, 1/2c egg whites and 1/2c water. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute then stir it and microwave it for one more minute. Take it out and stir, then add toppings – I used the other 1/2 of the banana and 2tbsp of PB2 🤗
It’s got killer volume, flavour and it’s super easy!
Definitely recommend giving them a shot!
