To get y’all ready for cinco de mayo coming up this weekend, I figured I’d share my meal prep for dinner this week: chicken taco bowls!
It might not be the most aesthetic picture, but let me tell you it is delish!
🌮 2 Old El Paso “taco bowls”
🌮2tbsp corn and bean salsa
I made the mixture in advance for each serving, kept it in the fridge and then filled the bowls and topped with sour cream at dinner time!
