As I get more involved in fitness, I continuously find new people who motcaivate and inspire me, both in my daily life and on social media. This blog segment is dedicated to those incredible guys and gals who giver their all and have an admirable passion for fitness. These people have positively influenced my life, and I hope they can do the same for you.
This week’s Monday Motivator is the amazing Lexi DeYoung (@lexi_deyoung). Lexi is an online fitness coach and she is absolutely crushing the boss babe life. Her business continues to grow and flourish every day and seeing how far she has come from her struggles with an eating disorder is incredible. After experiencing a 2 year building phase herself, Lexi is moving into a cut and prep for a figure competition in the coming months. Lexi has shown me that it is more than possible to do those things that scare you, to do the uncomfortable – and that is the true way to grow both mentally and physically
Lexi’s instagram shows how down to earth and hard working she really is. Watching her updates on her story always make my day brighter, while her motivational and workout posts give me SO MUCH inspo for going forward and making the most of my day.
She focuses on positivity, working hard for what you want and her dedication to her workouts and coaching amaze me every day! Here’s an example of a post where she reminds us all to take a step back and realize even on days that feel “bad,” there are still good moments within that day:
Not only does Lexi post workouts on her insta, but she also offers apparel and training splits for purchase! Lexi also has a youtube channel that she adds to regularly so definitely go check that out when you get the chance! Plus she’s currently accepting new clients which is LIT!
